After experiencing the fear and uncertainty that comes with a cancer diagnosis at age 37 and a lifetime of chronic fatigue, I took charge of my health and commenced a journey to discover the real causes of my ill health.

1. Understand your unique issues
Prior to our session, I conduct a thorough assessment to gain insight into your individual concerns and challenges. This includes a detailed Client Intake form and any Pathology tests you may have. This allows for holistic care specifically tailored to address your unique needs and goals.
2. Have a balancing session
During a session, I use muscle testing as a neuromuscular biofeedback mechanism to communicate with your body. This is done by applying gentle pressure to specific muscles while asking questions or making statements related to your physical, emotional or energetic state. I then use varying techniques to rebalance and restore harmony.
3. Measure results
Healing is a process. You may need several sessions to address your concerns fully. I will monitor and adjust your treatment plan as necessary. I work with a network of skilled and knowledgeable therapists and may recommend one or more to provide a holistic framework of care.
